United Kingdom Orders

For all United Kingdom orders received, you will be able to select the option that best suits you from Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service or EVRI (Hermes) Next Day Delivery Service.

EVRI: Orders must be received by 11am to ensure a Next Day Service, however, there are occasions whereby you need to allow 1-2 working days, specifically to postcodes that are of furthest reach from us. For orders received on Sunday or Monday (i.e. the days that we are closed), please expect earliest delivery to be the Wednesday or Thursday.

ROYAL MAIL: Same as above, with care to be taken as to the service levels provided by Royal Mail in your area. We have found differing delivery timescales between various areas.

International Orders

All orders received from countries outside of the UK, will be sent via Royal Mail International Services, unless we deem it fit to send by another courier. Full tracking details will be given and estimated timescales will still apply.

Please note, International shipments can have delays for security checks and customs checks.

Postage is calculated at checkout.

For EU orders only: Please be aware that duties/customs charges will need to be paid for by you, the customer, as we do not cover these charges. The UK VAT will be manually refunded to you upon receipt of the order made, back via the method of payment originally made.

Multiple purchases will have just one delivery cost, so why not order more!
 

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receiving the goods, in pristine condition, with all original labels attached, unworn, unwashed and fit for resale, a full refund will be issued. However return postage and packing will NOT be refunded.
